User Friendly Features
Don’t like a certain exercise or a piece of equipment you need is unavailable? Use our “Swap” button and we’ll give you an alternate exercise to train the same muscle groups. Or is an exercise too difficult or too easy? Use + or – buttons to switch to an easier or more challenging variation of those movements.
Progress Every Week
With the CyberFit360 evolving training system, when you complete a workout a new workout will be generated for the following week based on your performance. Your online workouts will change and adapt over time to ensure continuous progress.
Daily Assessment
